- Speak — the communication boardTap a few words, press Speak, repeat for about 20 taps. Tap carelessly near the edges for a while: the board enlarges its targets and later adds hold-to-select. The log says why, in plain words. Measured: tap precision, rhythm, aborted selections. Nothing is asked of the user.
- The reference check — is it the person, or the board?Once the board has adapted, about one message in five appears on the standard layout with a "reference check" tag. Precision there is the person's own change; the difference from the adapted layout is what the board added. All 16 words stay available at every level, and adaptation rolls back if messages get shorter and narrower.
- Walk, Draw, VoicePocket the phone and walk for a minute; doodle with a finger; talk for 20 seconds. Gait variability, stroke smoothness, speech rate, pause ratio and pitch variability are computed on the phone. Audio and video are never stored.
- Play — light the skyA short game: lights appear in time with a soft pulse; tap each to join it to the last. No score, no timer, no way to lose. It measures tap precision and rhythm as a byproduct, adapts size and pace to the player, and every fourth round is a fixed "steady round" so the person's own change can be told from the game's. Rounds join the record at the next saved session.
- Me — one record, three lensesPress End session on the Speak tab, then open Me. The "Is it you, or the board?" card shows the decomposition and a replay of the session against earlier versions of the model. "For my therapists" asks a language model to write a PT · OT · SLP summary from the numbers only.
- The therapist viewOpen mypraxisos.com/clinician and choose Sample person (synthetic) — no sign-in needed. It shows a noisy fortnight at school: the adapted board held precision steady while reference checks revealed the real dip, an OT sensory-environment change was logged, and the numbers returned toward the person's own usual.
- The open ontologymypraxisos.com/ontology — 30 primitives with definitions, units, age bands and everyday sources, a FHIR CodeSystem, an example Observation and the JSON Schema of the only packet that leaves the device.
- The researcher doormypraxisos.com/research — questions about many people, never about one. Try it on the synthetic cohort without signing in: pick a measure and run it. Answers under 5 people are suppressed and every count carries noise. Live queries read only records whose owners switched on "Contribute to research" on the Me tab. The federated job builder writes the specification; execution starts in Phase 2 with the federated partner.
- The school doorOn the Me tab, "Make a school card" turns the person's own chosen lines into a link — no numbers, no health data, nothing stored on a server. The teacher opens it at mypraxisos.com/school, which otherwise reads only the room: sound level as a number, schedule markers and a quiet-window planner, kept on the teacher's device. Press "Load a demo day" to see it filled.
The sample record is synthetic demonstration data generated in the browser. PRAXIS has not yet been deployed to autistic participants; collecting that evidence is the first deliverable of the proposed work.
